About The Author

I was born and raised on the African savannah in northern South Africa. I studied at the University of Pretoria and later also earned a Masters in Theology at Kampen in the Netherlands. I am happily married to Margherita and we have been blessed with four children and one grandchild. God’s amazing grace brought me to everlasting life in Jesus Christ in 1982, and I was since blessed to be a living member of His body here on earth.  The Lord called me to full-time Christian ministry in 1989. I have been privileged to serve two churches in South Africa and two in Canada, and am currently both part-time pastor and part-time missionary to Africa, as the assistant pastor of Providence Community Church here in St. Catharines, Ontario.
